It doesn't happen often but when it does there are a few things I do to help quiet that anxiety and put me back in control.
#1 - Getting in my morning workout - it's a non-negotiable. If it doesn't happen I know won't feel better.
#2 - Morning Routine - if I control the morning instead of the morning controlling me then I set my self up for success and not stress.
#3 - Use social media as a way that doesn't provoke anxiety (I don't check those posts from people I know will trigger it) Because I still need to use it for my business on a daily basis.
#4 - Breathing - I started using the breathing app on my Apple Watch and that has also helped tremendously a few times throughout the day.
There are tons of ways to cope and we all have different techniques but I thought I would share a few of mine in hopes to help you if you ever feel anxiety taking over your day.
