In this episode, I discuss my journey with Smart TMS, a non-invasive, medication-free treatment for mental health conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and addictions to cocaine, nicotine, and alcohol. I share my experience with the treatment and the positive impact it has had on my life, particularly in the wake of their traumatic experiences with Herefordshire Children's Social Services.

I apologise in advance for any pronunciation errors due to my verbal dyspraxia, and provides an overview of the treatment process, including the use of a magnetic arm coil. I also share my personal story and the importance of raising awareness and understanding around mental health and treatment options.

Overall, it was a informative and personal episode, and we hope you'll tune in and join us for future episodes of "Happy-Go-Lucky At Heart."
