A lot of people whose games and stories I love recommended this, and it took me a long time to get into it - it's a daunting prospect, for sure! - but wow, past those first few eps...... This VERY quickly became my favourite story. There's a mix of emotional character work and cool thoughtful worldbuilding and lightheartedness that really works for me. I wish I'd started listening earlier.

This is the podcast that made me really believe in, and be able to envision, roleplaying games without a GM. Here's some cool nerds with good ideas playing games where they tell stories and build worlds together, and it's great!

Real nice podcast to listen to before bed. Each episode ends sitcom-like, with more or less a return to a status quo; there's a comfort to the reliable incompetence of the story's crew; the ads are in-universe and in-tone enought that they don't jar me totally out of the zone, and there's a new non-urgently interesting situation each time that catches the brain up in imaginings without spurring it to deep or disturbing thought.
