Profoundly fantastic podcast! The importance of mental health, ones own well being and over all enjoyment of life. JD breaks down the many 'mantras', good bad or indifferent and gives a fresh perspective in the importance of self care, mental health resources, being appreciative, successful and 'Ikigai', a Japanese concept for "reason for being". Everything mental health and happiness related in addition to some great interviews! JD's podcast is worth subscribing too and sharing. Such an important podcast especially in these trying times.
