For a podcast about trivia, they are shockingly lacking in pretty common knowledge. The editing is lacking, with lots of dead air and not the best audio quality and they have trouble staying on topic. But the real problem is the lack of awareness. One would hope a trivia podcast would feature people who know things about things, but in one recent episode, I think everything they said in the first twenty minutes was either outright wrong on its face or totally lacking in any knowledge of what they're talking about. Case in point, a long bit on the Liebeck coffee case as an example of frivolous litigation in the year 2024, when it's pretty common knowledge how egregious, needlessly dangerous, and very damaging how badly McDonald's negligence was. If your interest in trivia is the push/pull of displaying and gaining bits of knowledge, I'd advise against this show, as most of what you're likely to pick up is highly questionable.
