This story is about a psychiatrist realizing that just helping people won’t stop the evil in his city. The police, killer, psychiatrist, brother, and other minor characters are played by me, Nick. It’s New York, 1993. It’s New York, 1993. The NYPD has been dealing with a surge in crime and corruption ever since the bombing of the world trade center. People were performing heists. They tried getting info out of the captured, but they wouldn’t say a word. So now, the force takes them to the best psychiatrist in town, Dr. Logan Yaeger. But even he can’t get anything out of them. They basically always say, “I did it because the force and security everywhere is weak and vulnerable. Besides I’m poor” or “I don't know why there is a crime surge ok.” People aren’t revealing anything out of fear. Speaking of fear, that’s not the only thing keeping people in check. A number of people have turned up dead. Mostly city officials, crooks, and a few police officers. The person who did that also left a mark. He or she is called the silencer. The mark he or she leaves is “Now that they’re silenced, everything is peaceful.” Now, let’s follow a detective and lieutenant investigate a report of someone hearing a woman scream.
