One day I received a text image from Best & Brightest member Chad Croasdale, when I zoomed into the image, it was of a tub filled to the top with water and ice…blocks of ice, and this piqued my curiosity! Chad is a regular listener and I love when a member from the Nation sends me something new to look into…and I just had to know more about this ice bath - and so I reached out to the CEO of Morozko Forge Jason Stauffer, and luckily Jason and his wife Adrienne Jezick were local for a scheduled seminar and could record in studio!

Jason is here to share his story, and his wife’s experience with an auto-immune condition that she has since overcome, and how incorporating ice baths have helped them, and so many others.
