Today is Father's Day and my daughter totally blew me away! Join me as I talk about the latest inspiration coming from a couple of friends, the C25K, or Couch Potato to 5K training program. I will do 30 minutes three days a week until I can run
This is June 12, 2013. It is early. As in 1am. Day 0 is so named because I am planning today. I start in earnest tomorrow. I will build a website, get my stuff in order, start the 24 day challenge with Advocare and plan exercise and diet.
