a long-term goal in mind. I always

say that working on yourself is the highest

form of self-love, be it working

on yourself physically or mentally. When

you go to the gym, you are working both

the physical and the mental parts of you. With

every exercise that pushes you beyond your

comfort zone, beyond what you thought was

possible, you grow your mind and

body. With pushing through the burn

and the pain, you

grow your resilience. With achieving

the things that you never thought were possible,

imagine what one tiny activity in

life can give you all this

in just one hour a day.

Now, when I mean gym,

exercise. It can be Pilates, yoga,

running, cross training, pumping iron, calisthenics,

dance, Zumba, anything. I am using

the word gym to describe all

of these because it's a smaller,

easier word to pronounce. You

choose your favorite way to train. I

will not force you in one direction or

another but do something and

do it consistently. If you do not know

where to begin, go join the local gym

and just show up at the same time

every day. Whether you want to show

up or not but put on your

clothes and land up there. in
