We’ll meet in the clubhouse three times a month. The 1st and 3rd Monday of every month will be an interview. (I’ll talk to normal people just like you and me who have dealt with depression). The last Monday of every month will be a deep dive ( I’ll explore topics such as “Habit Change”, “Making Friends”, “Faith”, etc.).
