Andrew Proctor is the Executive Director of Literary Arts.Previously, Proctor was the Membership and Operations Director of the PEN American Center, a global literary and human rights organization focused on the welfare of writers and editors. Before that, he was an editor for HarperCollins.Proctor received his B.A. in English and Music from Concordia University and his M.A. in English Literature at the University of East Anglia.
