My podcast is focused on providing tips and a realistic perspective on how to attack different mindsets via interviews and personal reflection. This podcast will mainly be similar to an online journal to keep track of my mental growth in hopes that someone struggling with the same or similar adversities comes across and stays for a listen. I want to provide a comfort place for others to realize that certain periods of their life is temporary and that it can easily be changed with a mindset shift. There will be elements of communication, psychology, and relatability found within this podcast.
