• I think I'm also struggling to understand the balance between forming your thoughts *before* sharing or being a garden hose.  As a team that values transparency, it seems like you guys err on the side of stream of consciousness or trying to unpack feelings together. I'm curious how each of you approach that. What do you bring to the team and when; especially Garden Hose James (who's def not on vacay)?
