Matt Perraut has been in the health and wellness space for 22 years. An Arbonne consultant and certified trainer and nutrition coach, Matt has done everything from personal and group training, Crossfit, and coaching track.   He currently lives in Bourbon, Ky and owns Xtreme Fitness, a functional training facility. 

Matt still does all of this while also being an amazing father to two teenagers girls, husband to one funny, beautiful and patient wife for 18 years, and setting a standard for living a super active faith based life style while serving so many!!
