This episode was very applicable to me, but I know it's applicable to everyone as well. Sometimes we just don't want to do things in our relationships or lives that we know we should. Sometimes we don't want to be proactive. I call this being lazy minded. And yes, I work with this too.
But in this episode I share from my own experience how mindset can affect outcomes and exactly what I use/do to help me do those things I maybe don't want to do, but know I should.
