When you learn to love and value yourself, you start to change your results in life. How you feel about yourself (i.e. your value, your self-worth and self confidence) will determine the kind of life, lifestyle, and relationship experience you get. It dictates so much in life.

In today's episode I got to visit with Rebekah Bernier (pronounced Bern-yay) from the podcast Through These Hazel Eyes. In this episode, Rebekah tells her experiences of two previous marriages vs. the one she is in right now. She explains how her feelings about herself and learning how to communicate have affected her relationship she's in.

Rebekah has been through two failed marriages, cancer, and an emotional and mental breakdown where she needed outside help to get her back onto her feet. She shares how important your own opinion of yourself is and how it affects your relationship. She shares what she has learned to make her best relationship with her husband. And the principles she shares are powerful and applicable to everyone.
