Latola's first on-air gig was in 4th grade, doing the morning announcements. By 5th grade he'd decided he wanted to be a radio DJ -- radio DJs didn't have to pay for albums or concert tickets, and as any money he ever had was spent promptly at Peaches (the local record store), he figured it was the career for him.
In 7th grade his voice changed and got deep. Everybody started telling him he had a "voice for radio," so he spent college working at the campus radio station and downloading music off of P2P networks. he graduated, moved to NYC and started working at BTR. Other than music and everything it entails, he loves audiobooks, the outdoors, carrots, cats, and oranges.
Latola was host of In The Den, The Synapse, Roadside Assistance, and Dapper Fitting Drinking Hour, as well as co-host of The Music Digest.
