We also drool over the Pesto Parmesean Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon Egg Avocado Toast, and the scratch made Pop Tarts from Coffee Class, corn and flour Mixtlas tortillas from HEB, Adobo Beef and Birria tacos from El Luchador, peas and carrots in my Tex-Mex rice, the Ranch Hand brisket breakfast taco from Torchy's Tacos, the Korean Beef taco in a jicama shell from Pacific Coast Tacos in Houston, Chicken Tinga and Pork El Pastor tacos from Tacos & Beer in Las Vegas,  Barry's homemade chorizo breakfast tacos, tortas, TacoDeli, Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza, Chipotle, Qdoba, Wahoo's Fish Tacos, Taco Cabana is awful, gross tacos made from odd parts, Impossible meat tacos, Hussongs Cantina, Puffy Tacos from Los Tios in Houston, and a lot more.
