As Executive Vice President and CFO of Blue Sky, Scott is responsible for overseeing project underwriting, managing debt and equity relationships, closing the company’s transactions, and overseeing project management after closing. Additionally, he handles the corporate finance responsibilities for the company. He is also in charge of the firm’s expansion into the Texas market.

Since joining the firm in 2014, he has closed 12 transactions with total project costs of $250 Million. These transactions have lead to the creation and preservation of over 1,500 affordable housing units.
