How to head a college paper?

In the MLA style, the first line of the heading should contain the students' names, followed by the teacher's name, and the professor's name. This is the only place on the page where the title of the paper should not be repeated. The last line should include the date of the paper. It is customary for college papers to use a one-inch margin. In MLA style, the day, month, and year are in numerical order and do not skip a line between the first and second headings.
