About Michele:

Michele Lynch is a Mind/Body Healing Practitioner who specialises in working with the energy of your body to uncover and heal any parts of yourself that have been repressed. Her holistic approach incorporates psychology, creativity and spirituality, as well as integrating your inner masculine and feminine energies.

Michele holds a Master's Degree in Depth Psychology/Somatic Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute—where her focus was on dreamwork. Michele’s first career was as a Broadway and film choreographer—and after years of burn out— she has followed her true calling toward somatic healing, psychology and spirituality. She is passionate about working with the spirit, the body, dreams, nature, and creativity.
