This review is after listening to the first three episodes, so some of this might not be up to date with where they are now!Pros: I love a 1:1 game. I think it's such a fantastic experience for the player and, with the right team, for an audience. This team is definitely that team. The audio quality is also top notch which is such a delight from other podcasts. Their work together at the table is fantastic as well. It's natural, simple, and honestly reacting. I love that.Cons: I wish I felt the stakes more from the performances. It felt like I had to see what they were doing to understand the heightened nature of the world. The characters feel realized and the world seems built, but I wanted more variance in the approach to things.Definitely recommend as a different kind of actual play!
