Joe Leader is the CEO of APEX, the Airline Passenger Experience Association. APEX is made up of nearly all of the world's major airlines and serves as a non-profit organization who’s mission is to enhance passenger experience across the entire airline industry. Joe has been at APEX just over a year now and has done some incredible work to establish strategic collaborations and drive thought leadership for the association. Joe has been a leading executive for more than two decades across technology and aviation companies. He has his MBA in technology management, and conducted his business Ph.D. research on accelerating technology adoption in aviation.So, if there is someone to speak to regarding the future of the aviation industry he is a great place to start.
