As a Food Freedom and Mindset Coach Kim Basler shares the lessons she learned in her 30 year long fight with disordered eating, eating disorders and her struggles with self-acceptance, all occurring simultaneously with her 25+ years working in the fitness industry.

Certified in Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition, alongside her canfitpro certifications, Kim supports women through her programs, coaching and speaking events.

She teaches the necessary steps to finding food freedom, joyful movement and self-acceptance and the importance of slowing down life to live a more fulfilling one.
