Heigh started his real estate career in sales and property management where he won multiple awards for his natural ability to lead and manage 3,500+ multi-family units, capture 100% of tenant rents, and achieve 100% occupancy in communities he managed.

His life-long entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue commercial real estate; today he specializes in the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of Multifamily, Land, Landlord Representation and other related commercial investment properties.
