Recently married Chris and Shannon Owen of Evansville have started farming from their home near the University of Evansville.  They grow organic microgreens in their basement and also make organic bread. 

You can see them this summer at the Historic Newburgh Farmer's Market and also the Market on Main

They also offer an online store and a delivery subscription in Evansville.

If you've been wanting to add some veggies into your life, try some microgreens!  They're versatile and can be eaten fresh on their own, in smoothies, salads, soups, with sandwiches and more!  Eat up!
