With her engineering background and knowledge of technology which she expertly integrated in the field of labour and employment laws, her firm has successfully rolled out enterprise programs in Legal Audit & Advisory across several large companies in India. I speak to her about her growing up in Bangalore, her days in the United States, the work culture between the two countries and why she chose to come back to India after having tasted success in corporate America.
