Dr. Deepak Chopra is an Indian-American author, public speaker, and alternative medicine advocate known for his work in promoting integrative health and spiritual wellness. Born on October 22, 1946, in New Delhi, India, Chopra trained as an endocrinologist before shifting his focus to holistic medicine, blending Western medical principles with ancient Indian Ayurvedic practices. He has written over 90 books, including bestsellers like The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and Ageless Body, Timeless Mind, many of which emphasize mind-body connections and the power of meditation. Chopra is a frequent speaker and founder of The Chopra Foundation, an organization dedicated to health, education, and humanitarian work.

Ralph Nader is a political activist, author, lecturer, and attorney. He is best known for his advocacy for consumer protection, environmentalism, and government reform. His first book, "Unsafe at Any Speed," was published in 1965 and established his reputation as a consumer advocate. Following the publication of Unsafe at Any Speed, Nader led a group of volunteer law students in an investigation of the Federal Trade Commission, which led to the overhaul and reform of the FTC. She was the Green Party's nominee for President of the United States in the 2012 and 2016 elections and the Green-Rainbow Party's candidate for governor of Massachusetts in 2002 and 2010. During her campaigns for President, she campaigned on the theme of a Green New Deal which included a number of reforms to address climate change, income inequality as well as civil and political rights reform. In 2012, Stein was on the ballot in 37 states and received 469,501 votes (0.36% of the popular vote).
