Jessica Levinson is a law professor and political commentator. Currently, she teaches at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she lectures in the areas of election law and privacy torts.Levinson also has a weekly legal segment on a NPR member station KCRW. Her work has appeared in NBC.com, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press, Reuters, USA Today, U.S. News and World Report, the Los Angeles Times, and Politico, and she regularly appears on MSNBC, CNN, CNNi, CBS, CBSLA, NBC, and Fox News. Levinson is the creator and editor of PoLawTics, a blog focused on the intersection of politics and the law. She also regularly blogs for KCET.org and the Huffington Post.Levinson received her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and her J.D. from Loyola Law School. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable James V. Selna of the Central District of California following graduation.
