Alfred McLelland Burrage was an author. He was known for his fiction for boys, which he published under the name Frank Lelland, including a popular series called "Tufty". Afterhis death, he became better known for his ghost stories.Burrage's first book, "The St. Austin's Mystery: A Rattling School Story," was published in 1908.
